How does Dravyaa track material lying with a job worker?
Each subcontractor is set up as a warehouse of type subcontractor. Material sent out for job work is transferred to that warehouse, so its stock shows exactly what is lying with the job worker until it comes back as finished or semi-finished goods.
How are job work charges captured?
When a production step is marked as subcontracted, Dravyaa raises a service order priced per quantity. Those charges become part of the production order's conversion cost, so the finished goods carry the full cost of the outsourced work.
Can I see all open job work in one place?
Yes. The subcontractor overview shows every job out with a subcontractor, with its status as not started, in progress, completed or delayed, along with pending material, filterable by subcontractor and date.
Does Dravyaa issue job work delivery challans?
Yes. Delivery challans can be issued for material sent out, and an e-way bill can be generated from the challan with the job work sub-supply type where it is required.
