ERP built for electronics & electrical manufacturers
Multi-level BOMs, component shortages and serial tracking — handled in one system, so a missing ₹8 part never stalls an entire build again.
The problems electronics units bring to us
Shortage discovered mid-build
Assembly starts, and then one ₹8 component runs out — stopping a ₹8-lakh batch while everyone scrambles for stock.
BOM versions everywhere
The latest BOM lives in someone's inbox. Stores issues parts from an old version, and nobody catches it until testing.
Warranty blind spots
A unit comes back under warranty and there's no record of which component lot went into it — so every claim becomes guesswork.
Everything an electronics unit needs, in one system

Multi-level BOMs
Assemblies, sub-assemblies and hundreds of components in one structure — with a single current version everyone works from.
Shortage-free planning
Material availability checked against BOMs before work orders start — shortages flagged while there's still time to buy.
Serial number tracking
Serialise finished units so each one carries its warranty and service history from the day it ships.
Component lot traceability
Know which component lot went into which unit — so a bad lot means a targeted recall, not a blanket one.
Vendor price comparison
Track vendor-wise component pricing on POs — compare what each vendor charged and negotiate from real data.
GST billing & e-invoicing
GST invoices, e-invoices and e-way bills — compliant by default, books ready for filing.
Builds that don't stop mid-way
- ✓Shortages flagged before assembly starts, not during — POs raised while there's still lead time.
- ✓One current BOM everyone works from — stores, purchase and production stay in sync.
- ✓Warranty claims resolved with serial-level history instead of guesswork.
- ✓Purchase planned from real BOM demand, not gut feel or last month's Excel.
Common questions from electronics manufacturers
Can Dravyaa handle BOMs with hundreds of components?
Yes. Multi-level BOMs with sub-assemblies keep an assembly with hundreds of components organised as one structure — from PCB-level parts up to the finished unit.
Does Dravyaa check material availability before production?
Yes. You get shortage visibility against work orders — see which components are short for upcoming builds and raise POs in time, before assembly starts.
Can finished units be tracked by serial number?
Yes. Serial number tracking means every finished unit carries its production and component history — so warranty and service claims get resolved with data, not guesswork.
Does Dravyaa support vendor-wise price comparison for components?
Yes. The purchase module keeps vendor-wise pricing history on purchase orders, so you can compare what each vendor charged for the same component.
Going live in 30 days: how a electronics unit is set up
The same four steps every Dravyaa customer follows — a mid-year cutover is fine, as long as the opening balances are taken on the cutover date. Case study: going live mid-year with clean opening balances shows it on a real tenant.
Week 1 — masters
Import items, customers and vendors from CSV; registered parties are pulled by GSTIN so names and addresses come from the GST portal, not retyped. Set up component part numbers with multi-level BOMs, warehouses and GST rates.
Week 2 — opening position
Load opening stock per warehouse at cost and party-wise debtor and creditor balances as at the cutover date (the same figures as the previous system's trial balance). Bank and cash opening balances go in last.
Week 3 — BOMs and parallel run
Enter the active BOMs and routings, run one week of real purchases, production and sales alongside the old system, and compare stock, GST and party statements line by line.
Week 4 — go-live
Freeze the old system on the cutover date, remove the demo data, hand each user their role, and file the first GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B from Dravyaa's books.
