ERP built for furniture manufacturers
Made-to-order jobs, board consumption and dispatches — every order, sheet and fitting tracked in one system, without spreadsheets.
The problems furniture units bring to us
Made-to-order chaos
Every order is a little different, and tracking what stage each one is at means walking the floor.
Board & hardware leakage
Sheets, edge band and fittings get consumed with no record — and wastage hides in the gap.
Dispatch confusion
Partial dispatches, site deliveries and pending items tracked on phone calls and memory.
Everything a furniture unit needs, in one system

Order-wise production
Every customer order becomes a trackable work order with stages — from cutting to finishing.
Board & hardware BOMs
Boards, laminates, edge band, hardware and finish — all in one multi-level BOM per product.
Wastage tracking
Planned vs actual consumption per job — offcuts and wastage become visible, not invisible.
Multi-location stock
Factory, warehouse and showroom stock in one live view — with transfers tracked between them.
GST billing & e-way bills
GST invoices and transport documents for bulky dispatches — compliant by default.

Common questions from furniture manufacturers
Can Dravyaa handle made-to-order furniture production?
Yes. Every customer order becomes a trackable work order with stages, so you know exactly where each job is — from cutting to finishing to ready-for-dispatch — without walking the floor.
Does it track boards, hardware and consumables in one BOM?
Yes. Multi-level BOMs cover boards, laminates, edge band, fittings and finish in one structure — so consumption is recorded against each job and wastage becomes visible.
Can I manage factory and showroom stock together?
Yes. Multi-location inventory gives you one live view of factory, warehouse and showroom stock, with stock transfers tracked between locations.
Does it support partial dispatches with GST documents?
Yes. Dravyaa generates GST invoices and e-way bills for your dispatches, and keeps order-wise pending visibility so partial dispatches and remaining items are always tracked.
Going live in 30 days: how a furniture unit is set up
The same four steps every Dravyaa customer follows — a mid-year cutover is fine, as long as the opening balances are taken on the cutover date. Case study: going live mid-year with clean opening balances shows it on a real tenant.
Week 1 — masters
Import items, customers and vendors from CSV; registered parties are pulled by GSTIN so names and addresses come from the GST portal, not retyped. Set up boards, hardware and finishes with job-wise BOMs, warehouses and GST rates.
Week 2 — opening position
Load opening stock per warehouse at cost and party-wise debtor and creditor balances as at the cutover date (the same figures as the previous system's trial balance). Bank and cash opening balances go in last.
Week 3 — BOMs and parallel run
Enter the active BOMs and routings, run one week of real purchases, production and sales alongside the old system, and compare stock, GST and party statements line by line.
Week 4 — go-live
Freeze the old system on the cutover date, remove the demo data, hand each user their role, and file the first GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B from Dravyaa's books.
