ERP built for pharma & nutraceutical manufacturers
From raw material lots to dispatched batches — batch control, formulation BOMs and audit-ready records for every movement, without spreadsheets.
The problems pharma units bring to us
Audit scramble
Batch records live in registers and Excel, so every audit means days of reconstructing what actually happened.
Expiry & near-expiry stock
Distributors return stock you didn't even know was ageing — by the time you see it, it's a write-off.
Formulation cost drift
API and excipient prices change every month, but batch costing stays frozen in last year's sheet.
Everything a pharma unit needs, in one system

Batch & expiry control
Manufacturing and expiry dates on every batch — with alerts well before dates hit.
Formulation BOMs
Multi-level BOMs for actives, excipients and packing material — with yields built in.
End-to-end traceability
Raw material lot → batch → customer invoice — forward and backward, in seconds.
Audit-ready records
Every movement timestamped with a full audit trail — answers ready when auditors ask.
GST billing & e-invoicing
GST invoices, e-invoices and e-way bills — compliant by default.

Common questions from pharma manufacturers
Does Dravyaa track batches with manufacturing and expiry dates?
Yes. Every batch carries its manufacturing and expiry dates, and Dravyaa alerts you well before expiry dates hit — with near-expiry and expired-stock reports so nothing ages quietly on a shelf.
Can Dravyaa manage formulation BOMs with multiple levels?
Yes. Build multi-level BOMs covering actives, excipients and primary/secondary packing material, with yields and wastage — so batch costing reflects what actually goes into each formulation.
Will Dravyaa help during audits?
Every transaction carries a full audit trail, and batch-wise records can be exported when auditors ask. Dravyaa supports your documentation; it is not a certification body.
Is Dravyaa GST-compliant for pharma billing?
Yes. Dravyaa generates GST invoices, e-invoices and e-way bills, and keeps your books ready for GSTR filing.
Going live in 30 days: how a pharma unit is set up
The same four steps every Dravyaa customer follows — a mid-year cutover is fine, as long as the opening balances are taken on the cutover date. Case study: going live mid-year with clean opening balances shows it on a real tenant.
Week 1 — masters
Import items, customers and vendors from CSV; registered parties are pulled by GSTIN so names and addresses come from the GST portal, not retyped. Set up batches with manufacturing and expiry dates, warehouses and GST rates.
Week 2 — opening position
Load opening stock per warehouse at cost and party-wise debtor and creditor balances as at the cutover date (the same figures as the previous system's trial balance). Bank and cash opening balances go in last.
Week 3 — BOMs and parallel run
Enter the active BOMs and routings, run one week of real purchases, production and sales alongside the old system, and compare stock, GST and party statements line by line.
Week 4 — go-live
Freeze the old system on the cutover date, remove the demo data, hand each user their role, and file the first GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B from Dravyaa's books.
