ERP built for auto component & engineering manufacturers
OEM schedules, work orders, job work and rejection tracking — managed in one system, from raw material to dispatched part, without spreadsheets.
The problems component makers bring to us
OEM schedule pressure
Delivery schedules change weekly, but production plans live on a whiteboard — so every revision means scrambling, not re-planning.
Job work limbo
Material at heat treatment, plating or machining vendors is invisible until it returns — or doesn't. Nobody knows what's stuck where.
Rejection black box
Scrap and rework quietly eat margins, but nobody can say which part, machine or batch is responsible — until the month ends.
Everything a component unit needs, in one system

Work order management
Plan and track every operation from raw material to finished part — with WIP visible at each stage.
Job work & subcontracting
Challans, material at vendor, returns and vendor bills tracked — for plating, heat treatment and machining alike.
Rejection & scrap tracking
Record rejections per batch during production so problem areas surface instead of hiding in registers.
Batch traceability
Trace from raw material heat or lot to dispatched part — and back again, in both directions.
GST billing & e-invoicing
GST invoices, e-invoicing, e-way bills and job work challans — compliant by default.
Live dashboards
Output, WIP and pending schedules at a glance — no more chasing supervisors for numbers.
Deliver on schedule, protect your margins
- ✓Every OEM schedule tracked against live WIP — you know what's at risk before the buyer calls.
- ✓Job work material visible at every vendor — what went, what returned, what's pending.
- ✓Rejection trends caught early — fix the batch, machine or process before scrap piles up.
- ✓Costing per part based on actuals — material, wastage and job work — not estimates.
Common questions from component manufacturers
Can Dravyaa track material sent for job work like plating or heat treatment?
Yes. The subcontracting module tracks material sent to plating, heat treatment and machining vendors with GST-compliant delivery challans — expected returns, wastage and vendor bills are all recorded against each job.
Does Dravyaa track rejections and scrap?
Yes. Rejections and wastage are recorded batch-wise during production, so you can see which parts and batches generate the most scrap and rework — trends become visible instead of hiding in registers.
Can I trace a dispatched part back to its raw material lot?
Yes. With batch/lot tracking, every part links back to the raw material heat or lot it was made from — and forward from a lot to every dispatch it went into. Traceability works in both directions.
Does Dravyaa handle GST documentation for OEM supply?
Yes. Dravyaa generates GST invoices, e-invoices and e-way bills, plus GST-compliant job work challans — keeping your books ready for GSTR filing.
Going live in 30 days: how a auto component unit is set up
The same four steps every Dravyaa customer follows — a mid-year cutover is fine, as long as the opening balances are taken on the cutover date. Case study: going live mid-year with clean opening balances shows it on a real tenant.
Week 1 — masters
Import items, customers and vendors from CSV; registered parties are pulled by GSTIN so names and addresses come from the GST portal, not retyped. Set up part numbers, drawings revisions and multi-level BOMs, warehouses and GST rates.
Week 2 — opening position
Load opening stock per warehouse at cost and party-wise debtor and creditor balances as at the cutover date (the same figures as the previous system's trial balance). Bank and cash opening balances go in last.
Week 3 — BOMs and parallel run
Enter the active BOMs and routings, run one week of real purchases, production and sales alongside the old system, and compare stock, GST and party statements line by line.
Week 4 — go-live
Freeze the old system on the cutover date, remove the demo data, hand each user their role, and file the first GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B from Dravyaa's books.
