Plan and track every work order
Define multi-level bills of materials, schedule work orders and track WIP and material consumption in real time.
From BOM to finished goods
Multi-level BOMs
Model complex products with sub-assemblies.
Work orders
Plan, release and track every job — or run flexible batches without a fixed BOM.
WIP tracking
See exactly where each order stands.
Material consumption
Reserve materials at release and auto-deduct them as you produce.
Capacity & planning
Plan against demand and capacity.
Subcontracting
Send jobs out and track returns.
Production costing
Material at actual issue rates plus operation time and extra costs — a true unit cost on every order.
Production reports
Consumption, wastage, output, cost variance, operation time and shortage reports in one place.
Wastage, rejects & scrap
Plan wastage in the BOM, record rejects and scrap, and compare planned vs actual per order.

Better together
What is Dravyaa production and BOM management?
Dravyaa's production module is manufacturing ERP for SME factories. It supports two modes: structured production orders built from a versioned bill of materials (BOM) and routing, and flexible batch production for shops that work without a fixed BOM. Materials are reserved at release, consumption is backflushed on receipt, and every order carries a true unit cost.
Frequently asked questions
Does Dravyaa support multi-level BOMs?
Yes. A BOM lists the raw materials and sub-assemblies for a product, with planned wastage per line, and BOMs are versioned so each production order uses the version it was planned with. Routings define the operation sequence, and any operation can be outsourced to a subcontractor.
Can I run production without a fixed BOM?
Yes. Flexible production lets you record batches freeform: the inputs you used, the operations performed, and the finished, semi-finished or scrap outputs produced. It suits process industries and job shops where every batch is different.
How does Dravyaa calculate production cost?
Material is costed at the actual rate it was issued at, conversion cost comes from operation rates multiplied by actual time plus any fixed cost, and extra cost lines such as freight are added on top. Scrap is credited at its own value, so the finished goods enter stock at a true unit cost.
What production reports does Dravyaa provide?
Dravyaa includes production summary, material consumption against BOM standard, wastage, output, cost variance against target, operation time and material shortage reports, filterable by date, item, status and production mode.
