What is Dravyaa purchase management?
Dravyaa's purchase module runs the full procure-to-pay cycle for Indian SMEs: purchase order, goods receipt (GRN), vendor bill and payment. Each step updates live stock and posts to the books automatically, with GST, reverse charge (RCM) and TDS calculated on the bill.
Frequently asked questions
What is the purchase flow in Dravyaa?
The flow is purchase order, then goods received note (GRN), then vendor bill, then bill payment. The GRN adds stock at the purchase order price, the bill posts the purchase and input GST to your ledgers, and payments reduce what you owe the vendor. Each document links back to the one before it.
Does Dravyaa calculate TDS and reverse charge on purchase bills?
Yes. You pick the TDS section on the bill and Dravyaa computes the deduction from the vendor's PAN, rounded to the rupee. The amount due is the bill total minus TDS. For reverse-charge (RCM) bills, the GST you owe is booked as RCM payable instead of being added to the vendor's balance.
Can one vendor payment settle several bills?
Yes. A payment is recorded once for the vendor and allocated across any number of open bills. Whatever is not allocated stays as an advance on the vendor's account, ready to be set against a later bill. Re-allocating never changes the accounting voucher.
Can Dravyaa read supplier bills automatically?
Yes. You can photograph a supplier bill on your phone or send it on Telegram. Dravyaa reads the bill, decodes the e-invoice QR code where there is one, and drafts the purchase bill for you to check and confirm.
