The Dravyaa mobile app puts every board you run on the web onto your phone, and adds what a phone does best: a camera that scans, a counter you can carry, and labels you can print from the aisle.
Built for the floor, not just the desk
The web is where the office works. The app is for the gate, the aisle, the counter and the customer's premises.
Camera barcode scanning
Point the camera at a label and the item lands on the line, or its quantity goes up by one. Count a PO-backed goods receipt scan by scan, and pick stock for an adjustment the same way.
Point of sale in your hand
The counter screen with cash, UPI and card, MRP-inclusive prices and the rupee round-off, and an 80 mm / 58 mm receipt you print or share as a PDF.
MRP labels from the item list
The same label templates and settings as the web: a label set up on one opens on the other. Print from the item list, item detail or a goods receipt.
Every document, anywhere
Quotations, sales orders, challans, invoices and receipts; purchase orders, GRNs, bills and payments; vouchers, cheques and bank reconciliation — with the same forms and line-item editor throughout.
Production on the floor
Open a production order or flexible batch, see what is issued, consumed and received, and update processes from where the work happens.
Ask the AI assistant
The same plain-language assistant as the web, answering from your live data while you walk the warehouse.
Same account, same rules
Sign in with your email or Google. Roles and permissions apply exactly as on the web, so each person sees only the boards they should.
Live stock, live prices
Stock per warehouse, the customer's price-list rate and party balances come from the same system the office uses, at the same moment.
Your data, your control
Nothing is stored on the phone beyond your session. Account deletion is self-service from the app, as Google Play requires.
Android first, iOS to follow

When will the Dravyaa mobile app be available?
Android comes first, on Google Play, and is in final testing. iOS follows. Leave your details on the contact form and we will email you the day it is live.
Do I need a separate account or subscription for the app?
No. You sign in with the same email and password, or with Google, and see the same company, roles and permissions as on the web. There is no separate subscription for the app.
What can I do in the app that I cannot do on the web?
Scan barcodes with the phone camera, print or share a thermal-size receipt from a counter sale, and work from the shop floor or a customer's premises. Everything else is the same data and the same boards.
Does the app work offline?
No. The app talks to the same live system as the web, so stock, prices and balances are always current. It needs an internet connection.
Which boards are in the app?
Sales (quotations, orders, challans, invoices, receipts, point of sale), purchase (orders, goods receipts, bills, payments), inventory (items, stock, adjustments, transfers, labels), production (orders, flexible batches, projects), accounting (vouchers, ledgers, cheques, bank reconciliation) and GST registers, plus masters and settings.
