Dravyaa values every item at a moving weighted-average cost. Each receipt is valued at its document rate, such as the purchase order price or the production unit cost, and each issue goes out at the current average. Every movement is written to a per-item valuation ledger, so closing stock in your books matches the stock you actually hold.
