ERP built for packaging & printing manufacturers
Rolls, reams, customer-specific jobs and waste percentages — tracked in one system, from paper purchase to dispatched boxes, without spreadsheets.
The problems packaging units bring to us
Unit conversion headaches
You buy paper in tonnes and rolls, consume in sheets and bill in boxes — and the spreadsheet breaks at every step.
Customer-SKU sprawl
Every customer has their own box sizes, prints and dies. Finding the right spec takes longer than the job itself.
Invisible waste
Trim, setup and rejection waste eats your margin — but it's never measured per job, so it never comes down.
Everything a packaging unit needs, in one system

Multi-unit conversions
Tonnes ↔ rolls ↔ reams ↔ sheets handled automatically — stock and costing stay consistent in every unit.
Customer-wise SKUs
Each customer's sizes, specs and rates organised and reusable — the right spec in seconds, every time.
Job-based BOMs & costing
Paper, ink, plates and labour per job — costed from actuals, not estimates.
Waste percentage tracking
Planned vs actual waste per job, visible immediately — so leakage gets fixed, not absorbed.
GST billing & e-invoicing
Job-wise invoices, e-invoicing and e-way bills for dispatch — compliant by default.
AI insights
Paper consumption forecasts and reorder suggestions — before stock runs out mid-job.

Common questions from packaging manufacturers
Can Dravyaa convert between tonnes, rolls, reams and sheets?
Yes. Each item can carry multiple units with automatic conversion — buy paper in tonnes or rolls, consume in reams or sheets, and sell in boxes, with stock and costing consistent across every unit.
Can I maintain customer-specific products and rates?
Yes. Keep customer-wise items with their sizes, specs and price lists — every customer's box sizes, prints and rates stay organised, reusable and consistently quoted on repeat jobs.
Does Dravyaa track waste per job?
Yes. Work orders in the production module record planned vs actual consumption, so trim, setup and rejection waste is visible per work order — and you can see exactly where margin is leaking.
Does Dravyaa generate job-wise GST invoices?
Yes. Dravyaa generates GST invoices, e-invoices and e-way bills, so every job can be billed and dispatched with compliant documentation.
Going live in 30 days: how a packaging unit is set up
The same four steps every Dravyaa customer follows — a mid-year cutover is fine, as long as the opening balances are taken on the cutover date. Case study: going live mid-year with clean opening balances shows it on a real tenant.
Week 1 — masters
Import items, customers and vendors from CSV; registered parties are pulled by GSTIN so names and addresses come from the GST portal, not retyped. Set up substrates, inks and job-wise BOMs, warehouses and GST rates.
Week 2 — opening position
Load opening stock per warehouse at cost and party-wise debtor and creditor balances as at the cutover date (the same figures as the previous system's trial balance). Bank and cash opening balances go in last.
Week 3 — BOMs and parallel run
Enter the active BOMs and routings, run one week of real purchases, production and sales alongside the old system, and compare stock, GST and party statements line by line.
Week 4 — go-live
Freeze the old system on the cutover date, remove the demo data, hand each user their role, and file the first GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B from Dravyaa's books.
