Sell at the counter from the same stock and books
A counter screen for walk-in sales, factory outlets and showrooms. Every bill is an ordinary GST invoice with its receipts, so stock, ledgers and GSTR-1 stay right without a second system.
Counter billing without a second system
Scan or search to bill
USB, Bluetooth or phone-camera scanning adds the item or bumps its quantity; search by name, SKU or code.
Tax-inclusive MRP pricing
Counter prices are MRP-inclusive. GST is backed out per line, the bill is rounded to the rupee, and a line can never be billed above MRP.
Cash, UPI, card or split
Cash with change, UPI with a payment QR, card, or any split. Each tender is a receipt on the customer's account.
An ordinary invoice underneath
Every counter bill is a normal GST invoice plus its receipts — stock, ledgers and GSTR-1 update exactly as for any other sale.
Thermal receipts
80 mm and 58 mm receipt layouts with your GSTIN, HSN-wise tax and the UPI QR; print, or share as a PDF from the app.
MRP labels
Print price tags with MRP, net quantity, manufacturing month, batch, expiry and barcode from the item list, in your label size.
Barcode on every item
EAN and UPC print as such when the check digit is valid, otherwise Code 128; a code typed into any search box finds the item.
Double-tap safe
A retried submit returns the same bill, never a second invoice; a failed payment keeps the bill for you to retry the tender.
Walk-in and named customers
Bill a walk-in to the Cash Sale party, or pick the customer so the sale shows on their statement and ledger.
One stock, one set of books, one price tag
- ✓Scan with a USB or Bluetooth scanner, or the phone camera in the mobile app, and the item lands on the bill or its quantity goes up by one.
- ✓Prices on the counter are tax-inclusive. GST is backed out per line at the item's rate, the bill is rounded to the rupee, and no line can be billed above MRP.
- ✓Each counter bill is a normal invoice plus one receipt per tender — nothing is posted from the counter itself, so your books never diverge from your sales register.
- ✓Price tags, net quantity, batch, expiry and barcode print from the item list in your label size; the same code is what the scanner reads back.

What is Dravyaa point of sale?
Dravyaa's point of sale is a counter billing screen inside the same ERP that runs your stock and books. Staff scan or search items, prices are MRP-inclusive with GST backed out per line, the customer pays by cash, UPI, card or a split, and a thermal receipt prints. Each counter bill is saved as an ordinary GST invoice plus its receipts, so inventory, ledgers and GSTR-1 update exactly as for any other sale, with no separate POS system to reconcile.
Frequently asked questions
Is Dravyaa POS a separate system from the ERP?
No. The counter screen writes an ordinary sales invoice and one receipt per tender through the same services every other sale uses. Stock reduces from the chosen warehouse, the receipt posts to the bank or cash ledger, and the invoice appears in Sales and in GSTR-1 like any other.
How does Dravyaa handle tax-inclusive MRP prices at the counter?
Counter prices are inclusive of GST. For each line Dravyaa backs the tax out at the item's GST rate (rate = inclusive price ÷ (1 + GST%)), totals the taxable value and tax heads, and rounds the bill to the rupee with the difference shown as round-off. A line can never be billed above the item's MRP.
Which payment modes does the POS support?
Cash with change given, UPI with a payment QR for your UPI ID, card, or any split across them. Cash may be over-tendered and change returned; UPI and card may not. Each tender becomes a receipt against the invoice.
Can I print MRP labels and barcodes from Dravyaa?
Yes. From the item list you print labels with MRP, net quantity, manufacturing month, batch, expiry and the barcode in your label size. EAN and UPC codes print as such when the check digit is valid; other codes print as Code 128. The scanner reads the same code back.
Does the POS work on a phone?
Counter billing is in the Dravyaa mobile app, with camera scanning and an 80 mm or 58 mm receipt you can print or share. The app is coming soon on Google Play.
